Private messaging
Say what’s on your mind.
Everyday messages, shared moments, and long conversations. Delivered peer to peer, with history kept on your devices.
Private messages. Personal calls. Files shared freely.
Connect directly with the people who matter.
Peer to peer. Private by design.
Your conversations stay on your devices.
A direct connection whenever possible.
No upload limit imposed by SafeCall.
LESS BETWEEN YOU
The everyday things you love, built around a simple idea:
your private life should stay yours.
Private messaging
Everyday messages, shared moments, and long conversations. Delivered peer to peer, with history kept on your devices.
Voice & video
Make one-to-one voice and video calls over an encrypted connection. Your calls don’t become a recording on our servers.
Device-held keys
Private cryptographic keys stay on your devices. SafeCall helps establish the connection without holding the keys to your conversation.
A SHORTER PATH TO EACH OTHER
Most messengers put a cloud in the middle. SafeCall helps you connect, then lets your devices do the talking.
Meet privacy by architectureSafeCall helps your devices find each other. Your messages then travel between them, without a copy stored on our servers.
Direct comes first. If your network needs help, an encrypted relay can carry the connection.Understand the details
8.2 GB of good memories.
Illustrative transfer
BIG FILES. SMALL FUSS.
The full-resolution photos. The film you made. That rather ambitious project folder, zipped up.
Share directly between devices, with no file size limit imposed by SafeCall.
PRIVACY IS THE STARTING POINT
SafeCall’s job is to bring your devices together.
Your messages, files, and calls aren’t ours to keep.
Conversation history is stored locally and encrypted. There’s no copy of your chats sitting on a SafeCall server.
Private cryptographic keys stay on your device. Established cryptography protects the connection between peers.
Direct connections first. An encrypted relay when needed. Minimal server metadata is the goal, not a claim of zero metadata.
A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Privacy should be easy to understand.
Here’s what you should know.
SafeCall is built around peer-to-peer communication. Our infrastructure helps your devices find and connect to each other. Messages, files, audio, and video are not stored on SafeCall servers. Your conversation history lives on your devices.
Your message waits in the encrypted outbox on your device. A notification can help the other person reconnect without including your message in the push payload. Delivery needs both devices to be reachable at overlapping times. Background delivery depends on the operating system and is not guaranteed.
SafeCall prefers a direct WebRTC connection. If a firewall or network prevents that, an encrypted TURN relay can carry the packets. The relay cannot read the encrypted content and does not store your conversations. Direct connections can expose your network address to the other participant.
SafeCall imposes no file size limit. Practical limits depend on the available storage, capabilities of both devices, and network conditions. Transfers support pause, resume, and integrity checks; both devices need to be reachable to exchange the file.
The service handles information needed for accounts, device public keys, contact matching, connection setup, and push routing. This means peer-to-peer does not mean zero metadata. SafeCall’s architecture calls for minimizing metadata collection and retention. Private keys and conversation contents stay on user devices.
You can visit the development preview using the Try SafeCall button. SafeCall is still in development, with Android as the first validation target. Production authentication and further security and platform validation remain release requirements. Group conversations and multi-device history synchronization are future work.
An independent security review is a release requirement. We are not claiming an independent audit or certification. The architecture uses established cryptographic primitives, authenticated device connections, and encrypted local storage.
We’re building SafeCall, with Android as our first focus. Public availability will be announced here.
